Sides & Quarters of Beef - Custom Cut to Your Order

What is Custom Cut?

Custom cut means you get to personalize the way the items in your order are cut. You can choose the thickness of your steaks, the size of your roasts and the portions of your beef cuts. All cuts in your order will be individually wrapped, labelled and flash frozen.

What You Need to Know:

There is a 4-5 week processing time once you order (which includes a 3-week hanging time for aging and tenderizing). Orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis and are placed in cue.

How to Order Sides & Quarters of Beef:​​

  1. Email: faulfarmsorders@gmail.com to place your order. Please include a phone number to reach you at. 

  2. You will be contacted to go over your custom cut options and to finalize your order.

  3. Once your order is flash frozen and ready for pick-up, you will be contacted with a pick-up time and a total cost.

  4. Total payment will be requested upon pick-up. Payment options include: cash, cheque, or an e-transfer to: faulfarms@gmail.com
