What is Custom Cut?

Custom cut means you get to personalize the way the items in your order are cut. You can choose the thickness of your steaks, the size of your roasts and the portions of your beef cuts. All cuts in your order will be individually wrapped, labelled and flash frozen. 

What You Need to Know:

Regularly, there is a 4-5 week processing time once you order (which includes a 3-week hanging time for aging and tenderizing). During the COVID-19 season, due to limitations at our butcher's shop, orders may take up to 8 weeks to process. Orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis and placed in cue.

How to Order Sides & Quarters of Beef:​​

  1. Call the store to place your order at: 519-632-7678

  2. Shirley will get back to you to go over your custom cut options and to finalize your order with you.

  3. Once your order is flash frozen and ready for pick-up, we will call you with a pick-up time and a total cost.

  4. Total payment will be requested upon pick-up. Payment options include: cash, credit, or debit upon pick-up, or an e-transfer to: faulfarms@aol.com
